Exchange Policy :

At Dira India, we invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece. As a company policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold unless they are damaged, torn or broken. Once the Dira pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at info.labeldira@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the Dira pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please assist them.

Exchange DISCLAIMER :
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
  • Please note that not all products are eligible for exchange. All made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
  • All products bought on sale are not acceptable for exchange.
  • If there is a damaged product then we take care of the shipping costs only once we have confirmed such a situation in an email to you.
Product Colours

We have made every effort possible to ensure the colours are displayed as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true colour. All our products are handmade, which means there may be slight variations in colour, texture, or finish; these are not flaws, but part of what makes each piece unique. If you have any questions about the colour of an item please contact info@labeldira.com prior to placing your order.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SALE PERIOD

During Sale
  • We usually include select products on sale-both online and in store.
  • We do our best to ship every product after all quality checks. Unless a wrong/broken/damaged/poor condition piece has been shipped to the customer, we, unfortunately, do not accept the exchange or return of discounted products.
  • In case of any discrepancy in the pricing of a discounted product on account of human error, the amount that appears in the system will be deemed final.
  • We experience high volumes during the sale and will be unable to cancel any order due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order on account of the non-availability of goods.
  • We try our best to fulfil every order. In case a product in our inventory does not meet our quality check, we may have to cancel the order.
  • Accounting and encashment of credit notes would make those orders ineligible for any further exchanges or refunds.
  • All Duties & Taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer.
  • All T&Cs mentioned here are over and above our standard T&Cs.
Return Window

We accept return requests within 3 business days (72 hours) of receiving your order only if the product is damaged, torn or broken. To help us process your request quickly and smoothly, we kindly ask that you:

  • Share a full unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) as mandatory proof in all cases.
  • In the case of damaged or defective products, the video helps us verify the concern and offer a resolution at the earliest.
  • For defective items, please ensure the issue is clearly visible in the video. Our team will review and get back to you for further procedure. Dira India holds all rights to check the credibility of the claim of defective items by the customer and take further decisions accordingly.
Easy Pickups

Once your return or exchange is approved by our team, we’ll take care of arranging the pickup from your doorstep for your convenience. A minimal convenience fee will be applicable for this service, which helps us cover the pickup logistics. This amount will be gently deducted from your original payment, and the remaining balance will be fully refunded to your original mode of payment.

After this window, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be in processing or transit.
